We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once order has been processed and shipped. When selecting your fragrance please choose wisely there can't be any changes once order has been shipped. If Order has not been shipped we can exchange for same price option.

Returns and exchange details:

We want all of our customers extremely happy and satisfied with their products they purchase!

Each item in our shop include a list of all ingredients. Please read thoroughly to determine if you have ALLERGIES to any of the ingredients. If you have sensitive skin, please test on small area of your skin or hair if using hair products for a few days before using a broader area. All products in this shop are for external use only. When using essential oil, please check with your physician before use. Some essential oils are not appropriate for children under certain ages and certain health conditions of all ages. As always, these products are not considered pharmaceutical drugs and are not used to diagnose, treat or cure.

Due to the nature of these products, returns/exchanges/shipping refunds are not accepted once order has been shipped. If your item appears to be defective in any way, please contact me within 4 days of receipt via Email or phone, and we will resolve the matter immediately. I will do everything possible to make it right!

Missing Packages:

If your package’s tracking is listed as delivered but is missing. Wait 72 hours after marked delivery. If still no sign of your package, follow these steps:

-Check your address on your order you entered upon checkout- It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify their address is correct at checkout.

-Check your mailbox, your yard and check with neighbors.

-Call/visit your local post office to see if they still have your package and was it delivered. Ask if they can provide the exact GPS coordinates and the time of delivery.

-File a missing mail search request by visiting MissingMail.USPS.com.

-File a police report if you believe your package has been stolen.

After following all those steps, report filed with USPS, police report filed and documents received. If determined package was not sent contact me via phone to resolve. As stated, before we cannot refund or replace any item unless determined company’s fault. Thank you for your continued support.
